1. Delivery Coverage

Aaufarms currently delivers to major cities and towns across India. We are expanding our network to reach every household that seeks the authentic flavors of Old Bharat.

2. Shipping Charges

We believe in transparency. Shipping charges are shown at checkout based on your cart value:

• Free Shipping: Available when your order reaches the free-shipping amount set on our store (check cart/checkout for the current offer).
• Standard Orders: A flat shipping fee applies to orders below the free-shipping threshold.

3. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Since many of our products are freshly prepared or artisanal in nature, we take this time to ensure the highest quality before dispatch.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

4. Delivery Estimates

Once dispatched, your order should reach you within the following timeframes:

• Metros: 3-5 business days
• Rest of India: 5-7 business days
• Remote Locations: 7-10 business days

5. Packaging

We use eco-friendly and sturdy packaging to ensure your artisanal items reach you in perfect condition. For delicate bottles, we use multiple layers of protection to prevent breakage.

6. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
