Refund & Cancellation

1. Return Policy

Due to the perishable and artisanal nature of our food products, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. This ensures that every customer receives only fresh and untampered products directly from our farms.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaked, or is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, we require:

  • Clear photos of the packaging and the product.
  • Your Order ID.
  • A brief description of the issue.

Once verified, we will initiate a replacement or a full refund for the affected items.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once the order is in the shipping process, we cannot cancel it.

4. Refund Process

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
